Raw Papaya Custard (VAALT, Paleo, Keto, Primal) - The Nectar of the Gods

I've mentioned this Raw Papaya Custard on a previous blog or two, so here's the recipe. It's basically a recipe Marcus and I modified from Aajonus Vonderplanitz's book The Recipe for Living Without Disease, which you should do as well once you get the feel for the basic recipe. Marcus and I have both shared it with family, friends, students and clients and virtually everyone likes this. It's not only delicious, but it is extremely easy for virtually everyone to eat since it takes very little effort for the body to digest. It's exceptional for people with wasting disease, irritable bowel, diverticulitis, gastritis, gastrointestinal issues, or Crohn's disease.

This custard is seriously good. I could go without sex for an undetermined length of time if I got to eat this every day. (Those who know me well know I wouldn't say that about very many things.)

By the way, we gave this recently to a friend who has had chronic gastritis (inflammation of the stomach wall) and was having a particularly bad bout with some very unpleasant stomach cramps (unfortunately most of the doctors she went to for this couldn't find the cause and concluded it was in her head!). So even though she was trepidatious about the raw eggs and dairy, she tried just one teaspoon of this custard and within a few hours her stomach cramping was gone! She ate a few more teaspoons and kept feeling better. Seriously powerful stuff and it's delicious. Also, it's relatively low carb compared with most deserts and I'm working on making it more so (see Honey/Stevia note below).

Papaya is a relatively low carb fruit (especially if you eat a small, 1/2 cup serving), so that works to our advantage too! Here's the nutrition data for papaya: http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/fruits-and-fruit-juices/1985/2

Here's the recipe from The Recipe for Living Without Disease, modified based on how Marcus and I make it since we've had better luck with this version and it yields a larger amount. Trust me, you'll want to share or have more for yourself.

Makes 2-3 servings (or 4 very small servings)

Papaya Custard
  • 1 medium-sized organic Papaya, remove seeds and peel (if you have a different size papaya, modify ingredients accordingly)
  • 3 raw Eggs (never refrigerated, from organic-fed, free-range chickens)
  • 2 Tbls Raw Unsalted Butter (from grass-fed, pasture-raised cows*)
  • 2 Tbls unheated, organic Honey**
  • Organic stevia**

*Honey/Stevia note:
Make sure honey was NEVER heated - many honey companies labeling their honey "raw" actually heat their honey to only 110° to make jarring easier, which by FDA standards can still be considered raw, but for our purposes is not really raw (as enzymes in honey are killed above 100°). Pacifica is a good, reliable brand that has an unheated line of honey. Stevia: I'm still experimenting with adjusting the amount of honey in lieu of Stevia. Even though raw honey doesn't spike the blood sugar like other sweeteners, it still adds to my daily net carb total (which is currently below 40), I've been experimenting with decreasing honey and increasing stevia to make this a truly low-carb dessert.

**Raw Unsalted Butter Note:
Unless clearly marked "raw" or "unpasteurized," all butter sold in markets in the United States is from pasteurized milk. This modifies the fat molecule so this is no longer a healing food and the fat is no longer healthy. Rawmilk.com is a great website that lists grass-fed, free-range, raw milk/dairy, and egg farms.

Put papaya, eggs, butter and honey (in that order), in a 16 oz small-mouth mason jar that can fit on an Osterizer blender (they make the right size blender bottom to use mason jars - this is easier for making and cleaning since the jars easily go into dishwashers, but if you must use your own blender jar, that will work okay. A vitamix or blendtec will do wonders with this, but we have yet to procure one of those...

Before blending, place ramekins or small serving bowls (2-6 depending on the size of the bowl) out on the counter, ready to receive the Raw Papaya Custard. Blend all ingredients together on a low speed for a few seconds, increase to medium speed and watch to see that all ingredients are smoothly blended. You may need to shake or wiggle the blender to get the butter and honey to integrate. Once blended, immediately pour custard into the ready bowls as it will begin to set within 1-2 minutes.

Refrigerate to set which typically takes about 2 hours. Please eat within 6 hours for maximum nutrition benefit.

Enjoy and please leave comments on how it goes.

What Women Never Tell You: The Man's Guide to Sex, Love & Beating the Competition. FINISHED!!

What I got for Christmas, from myself and Marcus, was finishing the final revision of our book: What Women Never Tell You: The Man's Guide to Sex, Love & Beating the Competition.
For most of us I'm sure quality time with loved ones and creating/progress/ growth/accomplishment is more satisfying than material stuff, and that's exactly how I feel today. Satisfied & happy... though I wouldn't have turned down a Tesla or Vitamix blender had one or both appeared this Christmas. But finishing this book we've been working on for over 5 years feels pretty damn good this Christmas!

Here's the beginning of the chapter "She Will Never Tell You What She Wants, But Will Expect You To Know." We thought it was apropos to share for Christmas and the giving season! Subscribe to receive the entire chapter for free!

She Will Never Tell You What She Wants, But Will Expect You To Know (excerpt)

Most women actually think they are asking for what they want, and don’t realize they’re about as obvious as a whisper in a windstorm. They give you hints and clues with subtle indicators like winks, head nods, and leaving a window open on the computer, and figure... Well he must know. I gave him all those clues. Meanwhile, most men simply wish the women in their lives would straight-up just say exactly what they want without all the detective work.

Why is this the way it is? Well, it comes down once again to how women communicate and perceive things. You think you’re speaking the same language, but you’re not. Women use a secret language, a covert way of communicating that is full of physical, emotional and verbal subtext and innuendo. The funny thing is that for women, their subtext-laden language isn’t subtle at all. To them it is perfectly obvious, like the nose on your face. They truly think everyone talks this way. This is why women overanalyze and think there is more to what you say than what you actually said. You've heard it before, after you say something very clear and simple, your woman asks, what do you mean by that? They hear subtext and subtlety because that’s the waythey hear as well as communicate.

To you, the man, it often seems as though your woman is just rambling. To a woman, what they said was simple and direct, even when it seems they have not said anything. Remember, they are communicating even when they are not talking. The real rub is that a lot of the time what shemeans is the opposite of what she is actually saying.

For example it could go like this:

You:
Hey babe, Jenny wants us to come over for the pre-game party.

Her:
Why? You know how I hate her.

You:
What are you talking about, you talk to Jenny all the time?

Her:
I don't want to go to her barbecue.

You:
But... You... But she’s like your best friend.

Her:
But that doesn't mean I want to hang with her all the time.

You:
Oh... Okay. So you want…. us… to… not go?

Her:
(giving you a nasty look)
We can't not go, are you insane? You said we would go, and plus that would be insulting if we didn't go.

You:
So... You doooo… want… to...go? You just said you didn't though.... I'm confused.

Her:
(looking at you like you’re stupid)
Just because I said I didn't want to go doesn't mean we shouldn't go.

You
(more confused)
Ok?.... What are we doing?

Her:
(pissed off)
Did you not just listen to me! Let’s just go!

Dizzying isn't it? She is operating on a completely different set of rules...

The Trouble With Testosterone

This is a little on the personal side, but I wouldn't be me, nor would I be doing a service to any of my readers out there, by not sharing some of my most personal thoughts and feelings on things. Hell, I shared my favorite sex position (link to blog: All Hail The Inverted Missionary) a while back, so if I can do that, I can do this...

Most of you know that Marcus is a health, nutrition and martial arts expert.

Most of you also know, based on how comfortable I usually am talking about sex, that I have a relatively healthy sexual attitude and sex-drive.

But what the majority of you do not know is that my cycles have been off. The reason I'm sharing this is because it's pertinent to what has transpired this past month and especially this past week.

In the last year or two, I've noticed my cycles being a little odd. Sometimes 28-29 days (which according to doctors is "normal" - matching the cycle of the moon), but often would be 22 or 24 days, and 31 days. It seemed to be every other month, which indicates I had a "lazy," aggressive (is that possible?) or otherwise misbehaving ovary.

This concerned me mainly for the following reasons:

a) I don't care to have my period more often, for how obviously inconvenient it is.
2) This is likely an indication that something is off with my hormones and/or ovaries.
c) This could mean, over time, a reduced time period for when I am able to have children, and I want to have that option for as long as possible. Women, unlike men who produce sperm their entire lives, have a finite amount of eggs, and I'm not really interested in running out of mine any sooner than necessary.

Noticing this inconsistency in my cycles, I tried a few different things, very casually, over the last year. A slight adjustment in my diet (which is already pretty organic and raw, and theoretically longevity- and fertility-encouraging). Acupuncture and supplements recommended by a holistic doctor I saw last year. Needless to say (or I wouldn't be writing this blog), nothing changed. Same odd cycle continued.

About a month ago, I asked Marcus, again, what he would recommend. Surprise, surprise, I didn't listen the first time.

He said, "You should clean up your diet."

I didn't like that idea the first time he said it to me 6 months ago, thinking I'd have to be more weird in my eating habits than I already am, and thinking I'd have to spend more money on raw dairy or raw whey protein or whatever specialty item or supplement he'd undoubtedly want me to ingest more of...

But I was (a little) smarter this time, and asked, "can you tell me, specifically, what you mean by that?"

He explained that if I really wanted to re-balance my hormone levels, giving up carbs was the best route. No bread, pasta, starches, sugar or even raw honey (which is my main sweet ingredient these days).

"Really?" I said.

Yes. Of course.

A month ago, I started eating less carbs, but honestly, I was still eating carbs daily, just way less. That helped my energy level a little.

About five days ago, I started this really seriously. I've dabbled with my diet a lot over the years, but have never really given up carbs for longer than a day or two tops. Even when I've done juice cleanses or fasting, there was still enough sugar in the juice or tea (sweetened with honey) to satisfy that...craving and whatever it was doing to my body.

Marcus has some biological explanation for anyone interested - my understanding and sum up of it is this:

All carbohydrates are converted into some sort of sugar, whether it's long or short chain carbs. It goes into your blood and your blood sugar goes up. In order for your cells to receive that energy (glucose), a body has to release insulin to allow the glucose to go into the cell. High insulin levels cause a host of other issues, including a bunch of metabolic/hormonal issues: More insulin means more fat, because your body converts calories to fat more efficiently when a person has more insulin in their blood. More fat means more estrogen, because fat is an estrogen producing cell. More estrogen means reduced testosterone.

The reason humans aren't operating at optimum efficiency eating a lot of refined or even whole wheat carbs and sugars is because we're feast or famine animals. Additionally, humans have not evolved (evolution takes a minimum of 50,000 years, more realistically 150,000+) to deal with processed food for fuel, specifically because they're so high in glucose. For beings who subsisted for thousands and thousands of years on nuts, berries (which were largely sour), fat, meats (mostly raw or sun-dried) and raw dairy (pasteurization is only about 150 years new); large quantities of breads, pastas, sweet corn, sweet fruits, sugars, and pasteurized cheese and milk are relatively new to the human body, and cause these huge insulin spikes, which cause the aforementioned metabolic issues and also, as you might've guessed, lead to obesity and diabetes.

While I am no where near obese or diabetic, I began noticing how eating even "healthy" complex carbs was affecting my hormones.

DISCLAIMER
Before I get into my personal experience with this, I need to give all of you a disclaimer. If you're tempted to try this for yourself, I highly recommend you do your research, as this diet is only healthy if you're eating ample amounts of non-denatured protein every 2-3 hours, large amounts of nutrient-rich vegetables, and raw, healthy saturated fat. If you need more guidance, please comment, or peruse my and Marcus's past blogs, as there's a bevy of nutritional information. Also, of course, check with your doctor or nutritionist.

Now for the lay-woman's anecdotal experience:
Here's what I've experienced. I feel happy. Or at least happier than my normal level of happy. I've felt more energetic. I also feel, to put it bluntly, like a dog in heat. It would seem that my testosterone levels are increasing (weren't they high enough for a chic to begin with?!?) just as Marcus predicted they would. Apparently this can only happen in a healthy way when we give up carbs AND eat plenty of non-denatured (which means raw and unprocessed) protein. Also, my scent is stronger than usual. I do not like this and do not even like admitting it, but it helps no one if I'm dishonest about this experience. According to Marcus, my scent is stronger than usual because I'm not eating glucose, my body finds glucose for fuel by burning the fat off of my hip. We store toxins in our fat, and that gets released as we burn fat and are in what is called ketosis. Ketosis, simply put, is when our bodies use fat for energy.

In the past, my body was using the carbs it was receiving for energy, and keeping fat stored. Currently, based on how I've been feeling, my body is using fat for energy.

The trouble with testosterone is, it's distracting! Sex is on my brain virtually all the time. Construction workers, handsome trees, beware! There's a general warmth and buzzing feeling in my nether-regions. I have more sex dreams than usual, and I seem to be flirting more. (Thank Goddess I'm with a man who doesn't care if I flirt with everyone and everything...there's a good-looking palm tree over there, just give me a minute...)

I don't know how guys do it. From what I understand, this starts in boys around the age of 13 and lasts until the mid to late twenties. How do you function in the world like that? No wonder guys in their teens and early twenties seem kind of stupid. I honestly feel like my I.Q. points have dropped due to this resurgence of testosterone.

Hopefully this is not true. Marcus assures me it is not (and my research says the same), but it can lead to more rash decisions and aggressive behavior. The best correlation is this: when a person is ravenously hungry, they'll do a lot more for food than if they just ate an hour ago.

Marcus assures me this will rebalance itself once my body re-regulates and isn't on heavy fat-burning duty. Once I shift over and my pancreas and liver are healthier, as well as my ovaries, please help me, my body will run more on the raw proteins I'll continue to eat, over the fat that has been stored in my body for at least a decade.

Mainly, I'm looking forward to the day when I can wake up and not feel pure heat from my undercarriage. But maybe this is going to be par for the course because of my age and already high testosterone levels. Only time will tell.

This must be as close as a woman can get to experiencing morning wood.

Poor Marcus. I look at him like a piece of meat now. Mind you, I don't even need my meat cooked to devour it. I just dive right in.

Good thing Marcus doesn't mind so much.

Boobs Trump I.Q.

Need I explain the title?

I guess the answer to that is probably "yes."

Let me disclaim first.

This does not mean that you can get away with being stupid if you have large breasts, though many women, I'm sure, have been excused their intellectual magnitude for a magnitude of bosom, but this type of boobage trumping I.Q. is not actually what this blog is about.

No, this blog is about the fact that very smart men, sometimes even bona fide geniuses can still have their I.Q. and intelligence fully trumped by partially or fully exposed breasts. Come to think of it, a tight sweater alone sometimes does it.

What I mean by fully trumped is, I've witnessed men completely and totally loose their train of thought just by flashing a boob or two.

Now this is not something I do in public, at least nothing I've done in public yet, but more based on my private observations with a few very intelligent men I've known biblically.

This happened recently and it made me laugh. Marcus was on some rant about quantum or particle physics and the fabric of the universe or something along those lines, while I was honestly ready to wind down and be done with his grandiose proclamations for the night. Anyway, not sure I did this intentionally, but I happened to be disrobing at this moment, and he immediately lost his train of thought and gently lunged toward my now exposed breasts muttering "booo-biees" to himself like Gollum mutters "my precioussss..." in Lord of the Rings.

Now the side note is: Marcus's I.Q. was tested at 175 when he was a child, and while he's undoubtedly lost a few if not many I.Q. points since he was tested, he still is probably higher than the average bear, average being 85-115.

But on the particular night in question, it really cracked me up and made me realize, yet again, that while both sexes are currently relevant and necessary for survival of the species, women are still kind of the stronger sex. Sure, we may be more prone to mood swings than men, though I've met some moody men, and we bleed out of a primary orifice on a monthly basis, and we might get irrationally pissed off when the garbage hasn't been taken out or the dishes haven't been done, but still, it seems we have more ability to compartmentalize and still carry on a conversation even when a penis is flashed.

The counter equivalent to men getting wholly distracted by the flash of breasts would be women getting completely distracted by the sight of a penis. I admit, it would surprise me a bit if I were giving a talk on filmmaking, music, hypnosis or even physics (one of my favorite subjects in school), but ultimately I could still carry on a conversation quite easily were a bare penis present during my physics talk.

Some may argue it's because penises, as Seinfeld so aptly pointed out, belong to a male body which is largely a utilitarian sculpture. But when you think of it, breasts are utilitarian too - they are nature's perfect milk dispensary, deli or trough for babies.

So what's the thesis?

Maybe it's just this:

Ladies, if you want your guy to shut up, flash a boob or two.

Just know, you might get fondled at least, and ravished at most.

For My Girls

Two weeks ago today, my dear friend got married to a man worthy of her love and partnership. I'm so happy for the both of them.

On a stroke of genius, the bride and another one of our girlfriends had the idea that all of her girlfriends get together and share what marriage is all about. Sadly, I was out of town for the event, but I contributed this letter and thought I'd share it with all of you out in the world.

This is dedicated to you, my friend, and all of my girlfriends, and the men who love, deserve and know how to handle us.

(There was a time I would've scoffed at the idea that I needed to be "handled." As I've grown, I've come to realize that every good woman needs to be handled every now and again...just like our men need to be taught.)

For years I’ve been conducting a very un-scientific and half-assed survey on what it takes to have a successful marriage. Looking back I realize those I’ve interviewed all qualify under the following parameters: Married for over 40 years to a spouse with whom they raised children and still have contact and a respectful relationship with said children. Also, they still seem to like and enjoy each other. You notice I said like not love. Without exception, all my interviewees would say they still love each other, but the fact that they still like each other actually seemed more important than love. None of them seemed as in love (the pretty or not-so-pretty side of this type of love) as anyone depicted in movies or tabloids, but they did seem in like. They like who their spouse is as a person, their personality, sense of humor, demeanor, and way of being.
Like is paramount.

For a happy, healthy and successful marriage, there were the predictable answers: Good communication. Never go to bed angry. Make each other laugh every day (one of my favorites). Forgive each other. Say I’m sorry.  But here are some more unconventional and unexpected answers and the people from whom they came:

My dear friend Helen, an octogenarian and mother of four, was married 60 years before becoming a widow. She said having a bad memory and bad hearing were essential to a long-lasting and happy marriage. When I asked her to explain she said, there are some things you just need to forget and some things you just don’t want to hear. Also, the last time I saw her she told me she was happier than she’d ever been at 86! I asked her what she attributed this to and she said, “I’ve forgiven everyone and everything I think wronged me...even myself.” She also said she missed her husband, and might like to have a companion again, but she enjoyed her free time and really enjoyed every day of her life. It seems somehow apropos that she told me this the last time I saw her, and passed-on about six months later, though I miss her dearly.

Kevin’s parents, also in their eighties, said enjoying themselves with and without each other has kept their marriage healthy and happy. They spend time together, sharing at least one meal a day and going often to plays and musicals, but they each take on their own hobbies and activities. A retired physician, Mama Jones started taking singing lessons in her 70s, something she’d always wanted to do. A retired engineer, Papa Jones goes sailing, alone, at least once a week April through September on the Hudson River. Once in a while he’ll take guests, but he’ll go solo as much as he’ll host a sailing tour of the Hudson.

My family’s long-time friends Pete & Jane demonstrated selective hearing in maintaining a long-lasting and humorous marriage. Paul used to joke that Joyce’s hearing was so bad, she couldn’t hear Paul call for her, the phone or doorbell ring, but she’d always hear ice clink in a glass when Paul fixed himself a cocktail.

My parents say that shared values and philosophies about family and how to raise children has kept them together. When my older brother was getting into trouble, breaking-the-law and whatnot, that was one of the most trying times in their lives. But they’d tell him, “We’ll never give up on you...on any of you kids. What you’re doing is not okay, but we love you and will never give up on you.” Supporting each other through that was integral to their relationship lasting all these years . They celebrated 47 years in June – this is the first year I’ve been home for their anniversary in 15 years! They also say laughing and having a sense of humor close at hand has provided much-needed levity and fun throughout their lives and made the trying times somehow easier.

Unbeknownst to me, Marcus has been doing a similar survey for many years. His interviews started out differently, but wound up at the same place. While spending time in the hospital, being the curious bear he is, he wandered around and started talking to the “terminal” patients. He’d ask them: “What’s the most important thing in life?” Virtually everyone answered some form of the following: “family, friends, loved ones, loving people and connecting with people.”

When he asked them to expound, they’d say things like, “I should’ve spent more time with my wife or husband and less time at work.” or “I should’ve spent less time worrying and working and more time with my kids.” or “Family, friends and following your dreams.” No one said, “I wish I worked harder or worked more or made more money.” Not one person.

After that, he’d logically ask them about family and relationships, and to those who’d been married most of their lifetime, he’d ask them what makes a marriage work and last...

One old lady said: “It has nothing to do with love or sex. It has to do more with friendship, like and appreciation, than sex and love. I don’t necessarily want to screw him all the time, but I appreciate the way he looks, and the person he is.

Other common responses were: “Compromise and trust are the most important. You can’t have one without the other...and you can’t have a long-lasting marriage without them both.”

“It’s helpful to get along, but not necessary.”

“Forgiveness & letting things go.”

Seems to me, besides the poor hearing and poor memory, my friends the newlyweds have the foundation for what it takes to make a marriage happy, healthy, fun and long-lasting. You’ve got an in-the-bag kinda love for sure.

I wish you both all the best on the wedding, honeymoon, the pre- and post-parties and festivities surrounding you during this happy transition into married life. I look forward to celebrating many more of life’s events, big and small, with you and your man.

Golf is better than sex..... & Beware of text messages

My Dad said this to me the other day...

"I think your Mom might be having an affair."

WTF?!?

Dad, what?

Background: My parents have been married for 45+ years and they still love, like and enjoy each other. For real. Recently my Mom went to their vacation home in Florida solo and they both seriously missed each other! How cute is that? I was highly doubtful that my mother was having an affair.

Dad, what makes you think that?

He continued, "because I found these text messages on the cel phone that said I love you and Meet me later."

He handed me his samsung flip-phone so I could look over the text messages to see who'd been sending secret love messages to my mother.

I couldn't find anything in the in- or out-going text message mailboxes. (Side-note: My parents never text to me. The one time I sent my Dad a text message to show him how it works, he looked at it and said, "how do I delete this?")

I asked him to show me where he found these so he took the phone back for about 30 seconds, found what he was looking for and handed it back to me.

The very top of the list of text messages that indeed said I love you and meet me later said Message Templates.

Hahahahahaha.

Truth is, my parents are too old to have affairs. No offense intended. But ask anyone who's had an affair - from what I've seen, it may be exciting, but it takes a lot of energy and is a lot of freaking work. My parents would rather golf, from what I can tell.

Think about your whoo-whoo (Driftwood, part 2)

Follow
StrandMusic

Yesterday I wrote about Mama Gena and Driftwood. I also mentioned that I had two favorite Mama Gena tips. Well, here's the second one.

WARNING! Explicit and genital-laced language coming up... (Though it should be entertaining at best, mildly amusing and offensive at worst.)

This is my interpretation of it and trust me, it works.

As women, we sometimes, or even often, feel disconnected from ourselves and especially what essentially makes us female. Our hormones and especially, our vaginas (henceforth affectionately referred to as pussies).

When feeling disconnected, un-sexy and unturned-on, think about your pussy. Now I've coached a few females through this, and sometimes they need more to go on than merely thinking about their pussy (or as Marcus would say, your who-who).

So, how's this? If, when you think about your pussy you don't get a warm and luscious feeling, then think about your pussy when you've been most aroused or pleasured at your own or another's hand (figurative hand, of course - it could be another appendage or fun-shaped object doing the arousing). Another tip - you know how you can flex certain muscles by thinking about them and isolating that muscle? Like your glut or ass muscle, flex it as you read this just once or twice. You can isolate the cheeks, right? Well, do that with your pussy. Think about it and flex it. Now think about your pussy with what I like to call it warm regard. If you have trouble with warm regard, remember how you think of a valued friend or family member - this is not to sexualize anyone but to bring up that feeling of warmth, compassion, care and love. Got it? Good.

As you flex your pussy, think about your pussy with warm regard.

You should feel something now. If you don't, relax, and try it again.

That's the second Mama Gena tip that I find most valuable. She doesn't describe it like I do, but I find a little more explanation sometimes helps. Mama Gena recommends thinking about your pussy while you flirt. I find that to be useful and effective for raising the temperature on your flirting, but if thinking about your pussy doesn't automatically turn you on, sometimes you need the flex and warm regard concepts to get you going. After a while, like Pavlov discovered, it'll become automatic. Ring the bell on your own pussy.

It will also make you attractive to men. Why? Well, in my experience, it makes me feel...warm, flushed, a little wet, and like I have a secret. Also, I suspect it activates some pheromones that men unconsciously smell and pick up on. One last note (from the book Marcus and I are working on): Typically, women are attracted to purpose in men; men are attracted to fulfillment in women. This experience of thinking about your pussy or as I am now calling it,  feeling your pussy, automatically creates a sense of fulfillment in women, which is extremely attractive to men because they (subconsciously) conclude that you already are fulfilled and that you could most likely fulfill them.

You dig?

Try it out and please, let me know how it goes.

One last note. My favorite Mama Gena book, if you're intrigued and want to follow the links directly below to amazon to get your own Mama Gena book, is Mama Gena's Owner's and Operator's Guide to Men. It's amusing, light, fluffy, but has genuinely good tips. Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts is good as well, but O&O is my favorite.
